We have more referrals than we can accommodate. We also recently moved to a new larger space with room to grow. We are looking for seasoned clinicians who are aligned with our values. Full licensure as a mental health professional or dietitian is required. Clinicians with experience in private practice (or similar setting) and who are contracted with insurance are preferred.

There are different models for private practice. At Willow Wellness, the flat fee model works best for us. With this model, clinicians pay the same all inclusive fee each month in exchange for a beautifully furnished office space, utilities, digital fax service, referrals, and more. We like this model because it is predictable, keeps costs low for everyone, and gives clinicians independence over their own practice.
